Some general bugfixes!

Bug fixes:
- Shopkeeper dialogue didn't appear after a sex scene with any enemy. Now does!
- Resetting the enemies in the titlescreen did not reset the elf. Now does!
- Game over animations of the old characters didn't execute properly. Now do!
- Breakable wall didn't flash white when attacked. Now does!

QoL:
- Smoothed the transition between final cumshot and scene swap during all GO scenes.

Known issues:
- Enemies are allergic to stairs, this will change with the tileset implementation.
- Enemy detection is still - in Maskers words - A$$, this will be tackled next.
- Fairy instant cum animation is a bit jank
